Exchanges and Returns Policy

Due to COVID-19 there will be no exchanges or returns being processed. Here at Diamond For Dolls  LLC we take pride in keeping our families and yours safe during this pandemic.

Refunds Policy

There will be NO REFUNDS unless you receive A DAMAGED/TAMPERED WITH PACKAGE. Picture proof of the damaged/tampered with package must be sent via email @ diamondfordolls@gmail.com along with your confirmation number and a screenshot of the delivery confirmation email within 12 hours after the package has been received. Once all information has been received we will view the information and send you an email back regarding if we will be issuing you a refund or not. If you are issued a refund it will take 1-3 business days depending on your bank. Failure to follow the above instructions will result in NO REFUND !

Shipping and Pickup Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for your package to be delivered. Please make sure before and after you place the order that your shipping address is correct. If you notice you put the wrong shipping address you have 24 hours to contact us so we can correct it before its shipped. Once the item is shipped we are not responsible if the item gets shipped to the wrong address.

Local Pickup in the Waterbury CT area is available for free. Please bring your pickup confirmation email when picking up item(s). Failure to do so will result in you not picking up your item that day.
